Fulfillment
💬 How long do paint orders take?
Depending on the size of the order, your priority status, workloads, etc... paint services can run anywhere from 15-90 business days.
💬 Do you provide updates on order progression?
Yes. We post pics almost daily on our FB page, we also send you pics via email before we ship.
💬 How does a custom paint order work?
When you select "custom scheme" on the product page or fill out a commission request form you will have the opportunity to add in color scheme notes. Before the painting begins we will have a Q&A with you to help ensure we are on the same page about the custom scheme, you will then receive a WIP pic to approve the paint scheme.
💬 What is a "commission" paint job?
This is an order to have us paint your existing models. Once a deal has been worked out you will ship your models to us and then we will paint them and ship back to you.
Shipping
💬 How will my order be shipped?
Depending on your location and address type we will ship your order via the USPS, UPS or FedEx.
💬 Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, via USPS, UPS OR FedEx
💬 How do I track my order?
All shipped orders will be provided a tracking number along with your shipping confirmation email from the selected carrier.
Refunds
💬 What is your refund policy?
We do not accept returns on custom painted items, if an item is damaged during shipping we will be happy to fix the item and return to you. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. A 50% deposit is required for any commission work, deposit is non refundable.
Preorders
💬 Can I place a preorder on the same order with in stock items?
Yes. However doing so will delay the entire order until the preorder becomes available. Orders placed together must ship together to qualify for free shipping.
💬 When will my preorder ship?
Some items have strict street dates that we must adhere to, while others can ship as soon as they arrive. Keep in mind that all release dates on our site are subject to change.
💬 Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorders may be cancelled within 30 days of the order for a full refund. Orders beyond the initial 30 days may not be cancelled, unless the manufacturer has caused delays in release. Excessive cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and/or loss of preorder privileges.
